With the opening of the new season, Paardenveilingonline presents its first auction of 2026. From Wednesday, March 11 at 7:00 PM, the collection is open for bidding and features 27 young showjumpers, 17 embryos, and 9 frozen straws from proven sport bloodlines.
As always, the platform selects on quality and pedigree, with prices that keep the market accessible for buyers from over 100 countries, as it has done since 2020. Among the young horses are promising two- to five-year-olds with strong bloodlines and impressive dam lines, complemented by embryos from 1.60m Grand Prix mares and frozen straws from proven stallion material for the breeder looking to invest with purpose.
As always, all young horses have been clinically and radiologically examined by Dierenkliniek Enterbrook, the platform’s established veterinary partner since its founding.

This jumping talent is sired by the Oldenburg premium stallion Donthargos, with whom Karl Brocks made a successful 1.40m-level debut last year. His oldest offspring are at the beginning of their sport careers at the age of five and appear to possess great jumping talent. Dam Nora Paola is a half-sister to both the World Cup showjumper Donna Paola (s.Verdi) ridden by Hanno Ellermann.

Under Paul Estermann, the top-level showjumper Lord Pepsi achieved highly commendable results. They competed at the European Championships in Rotterdam, the World Cup Final in Paris, and won the Grand Prix of CSI3* Vermezzo. Chesney comes out of the same dam, who in turn is a half-sister to the 1.40m-level horse Cannoso.

As a half-sister to no fewer than eight international showjumpers, Checkmate DXB Z is destined for a bright future. Her half-sisters Zaia di San Giovanni (s.Cornet Obolensky), ridden by Mac Cone, and Dynastie de Beaufour (s.Diamant de Semilly), ridden by Nina Mallavaey, are successful at the very highest level.

Upsy Daisy HV Z - Uricas vd Kattevennen x Zapatero VDL
Upsy Daisy HV Z is a granddaughter of the international Grand Prix showjumper Jedonna, who competed successfully as Eurocommerce Fortaleza with Gerco Schröder. In 2002, they won the Grand Prix of Oldenburg, and as a broodmare she produced several 1.30m-level horses.

Tony Soprano AWN Z - Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve x Clinton
If there is one stallion who has left an unparalleled mark on global showjumping breeding, it is the top sire Cornet Obolensky. The stallion himself competed at the Olympic Games under Marco Kutscher, and Tony Soprano AWN Z was bred out of his full sister, Wimette van het Kluizebos
